Simulation Technology Essentials: Operation, Maintenance & Troubleshooting
This course is designed to establish foundational knowledge as it relates to a wide range of healthcare simulation technologies. Being able to operate, maintain and troubleshoot is a key role for a healthcare simulation technology specialist. Simulation equipment and technologies can be broken down by modality, fidelity and may be further broken down by specialty. The course will provide a broad overview of manikins, VR/AR, task trainers and hybrid/wearable trainers; as well as provide details for many vendor specific technologies.
