Rebuilding and Sustaining an Organizational Foundation to Support Simulation in Academia

This presentation identifies barriers and facilitators to university staff's use of technology to build a foundation of simulation organization. The information presented will help identify free and sharable resources for sustaining an organized foundation for simulation support and facilitator development. Through maximizing the use of the application SharePoint, our simulation center has been able to enhance faculty knowledge, skills, independence, and confidence in simulation.
